How the Queen’s death can impact children and young people

On behalf of everyone at Winston’s Wish, we are very saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and offer our heartfelt condolences to the whole royal family at this extremely sad time.

The death of a prominent figure can raise questions from young people that you might find difficult to answer. Coverage of the death of the Queen will be everywhere, and for bereaved children and young people this can bring up their grief.

We are saddened by the news of the death of HRH Queen Elizabeth II and offer our heartfelt condolences to all of the royal family.

These events will no doubt impact many young grieving people.
