Our email service is a UK-wide national email service, offering support, information and advice to anyone seeking it. It is staffed by bereavement specialists with extensive experience, who have up-to-date knowledge of supporting bereaved children and their families.

Do you need an answer to a question? Are you looking for more information? Here’s where you can submit anything by email and we will respond directly. Emails are free and confidential and we aim to respond within two days. You can speak to a bereavement specialist instantly by calling 08088 020 021 or using our online chat – we’re open 8am-8pm, weekdays. In an emergency, call 999.

Our team of bereavement specialists are available to speak with right away. No appointments or waiting lists, just real-life support. Start a conversation now. You can speak with us between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). You must be 13 or older to receive support via text or WhatsApp.
