We’re here to listen and offer advice, resources and support for anyone aged 25 or under who is grieving and the adults supporting them. I think it’s important to seek support because it can enormously help the grieving process. Having someone to talk to that’s maybe separate from your family, who you can just speak your mind to. I think that has really helped my to take a weight off my shoulders and just know that what I was going through was normal.
Conor
I think it’s really important to seek support because actually grief is my superpower, and I am who I am because my dad died. Having support has meant that I can live life and recognise that there is hope and that things are going to get better.
